William L. Valentine, CFA, is the Manager, President and Chief Investment Officer of Valentine Ventures, LLC ("VVLLC"),
a Wealth Management firm for affluent investors. Bill has worked in virtually
every aspect of investment management including security analysis, portfolio management,
securities trading, management, marketing, and client services. His expertise is in
developing and managing customized investment portfolios for a wide variety of individuals
using global stocks, bonds, and alternative assets. He is also a syndicated
radio talk show host and investment columnist and his
comments about the investment markets frequently appear in print and on TV
and radio.
Bill was born and raised in Minneapolis,
Minnesota. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the University of Arizona. Bill
previously worked for the investment firms of Piper Jaffray & Hopwood, E.F. Hutton
& Co., and Fisher Investments. In 1993, The CFA
Institute awarded Bill the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
designation upon successful completion of examinations covering a broad Body of
Knowledge. This designation is shared by most leading analysts and investment managers,
and sets the standard for investment analysis and portfolio management. Immediately prior
to founding VVLLC, Bill was the Senior VP/Portfolio Manager of the Private Client Group of
Fisher Investments, Inc., where he oversaw $230 million for individuals and was one of the
firms shareholders.

syndicated
statewide in Oregon.. The show is about accumulating, saving, and growing
wealth, and developing a lifestyle rich in the things money can't
buy. From
1997 to 2000, Bill wrote an investment column under the title
The InvestMentor.
It was syndicated to many of the leading online financial
portals.
Bills support of his communities has led to seats on
the Board of Directors of
The Cinnabar Arts Corporation and
Habitat for Humanity-San
Francisco. Hes a member of
American Mensa
and the
CFI Institute.
Bill lives with his wife Jessica, four
sons, Lindsay, Callan, Tate, and Perry in Bend, Oregon.

Kaye
has 16 years in Financial Services with such firms as Kemper
Securities, Smith Barney, Jones & Roth, and Lincoln Financial. Kaye
holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Portland State University.She was awarded the CFP designation
in 2001
Kaye
lives in Bend with her husband, Ken, and their three children.

JaiDee Taruscio
Trading
JaiDee
is a native Oregonian. She graduated from Blue Mountain
Community College with an agriculture degree in 1995. Her financial
career started at Smith Barney where she earned her Series 7 & 63
securities license. There she developed skills in client services,
trading, operations.
JaiDee's responsibilities include the buying and selling of all
securities, and managing the position sizes for all accounts, based
on the model portfolios developed on the investment side of the
firm. JaiDee was recently
married, and works the annexed office of Valentine Ventures, in
Walla Walla, WA.
Jon Tapper
Operations
Jon brings an extensive
experience to Operations. He has worked
in the financial services industry for over 10 years, having
provided client service, operational, and sales expertise to
investment managers, prime brokerages, hedge funds, and
institutional and retail investors. Starting with Montgomery
Securities in 1998, Jon has worked with Banc of America Securities,
Stadium Capital, Viewpoint Securities, and other investment
professionals.
Jon has lived in Bend
since 2003 with his wife and two children.
